Ho, (Chief Engineer, Energy Efficiency, EMSD), Kevin Edmunds (Chief Operating Officer, BEC) and Philip Yu (Director, Trane Pacific) and panel members Edwin Lau, (Director Friends of the Earth) and KS Wong (Vice Chair of Professional Green Building Council), this seminar, in conjunction with WWF, discussed the opportunities and challenges of the Government's proposed mandatory building energy codes to Hong Kong.

The seminar focused not just on whether the codes are required, but how they ought to be implemented and what benefits can be expected, and asking the question of whether the codes go far enough?
