Carbon Audits for Buildings – Guidelines and Funding Co-organised with HKGCC
To reduce GHG emissions arising from electricity consumption in buildings, the Environmental Protection Department and the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department have drawn up a set of guidelines to help building owners and managers implement carbon audits. As a cosmopolitan city, we have a part to play in supporting the global effort to combat climate change.
- To what extent can the Carbon Audits Guidelines be an effective means to help buildings achieve energy conservation and alleviate climate change?
- What are the criteria to apply and make use of the ECF to conduct energy efficient projects?
